	Visions purpose is to provide an individualised supported employment service for people with diverse disabilities and/or people who have experienced ongoing barriers to gaining employment with an expected outcome being sustainable long term employment with the same rights, conditions and obligations as other workers.

Our consultants will work alongside you to help you identify your employment needs by preparing a comprehensive "Personal Profile" designed to meet your needs in achieving long term employment. At all times while working with Vision, we will respect your privacy and all information in respect to our clients will remain confidential. Our process is "Person Centred" and supports Family/Whanau, friends, Case Managers, Social workers or any otherr person you choose to be part of your planning and development process.
